Manfredi's Brunello di Montalcino Paradiso is produced with Sangiovese Grosso grapes from 30-year-old vines, fermented spontaneously in vitrified cement containers according to a particular technique refined over the years. Each tank is filled in the right quantity to ensure the right temperatures and times, to obtain a wine with a special character. After a natural decantation, it is refined in Slavonian oak barrels and goes on to bottling without clarification or filtration.
