The Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva Campo dei Titari Brunelli is a red wine of great value, produced in limited quantities and only in the years that give the best grapes. His name is a tribute to the horse of the Brunelli family, the faithful and exuberant Titari, whose majesty and elegance he embodies perfectly. Produced following ancient traditions, this still red wine DOCG mixes grapes subjected to a rigorous double selection. The vines that compose it, Corvinone and Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta, are found in Veneto, in the wine area of Valpolicella. Cultivated at 450 m. of altitude in the charming town of S. Pietro in Cariano, the precious grapes of this reserve are grown with the Pergola Veronese method and acquire fullness of taste and scent from the richness of the coarse soil that mixes stones, pebbles and limestone. Surrounded by hills and wide cultivated expanses, the vines grow under the influence of a favorable climate, which gives great summer heat after long, rigid and foggy winters. The Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva Campo dei Titari Brunelli stems from a long and careful process that starts with the strict selection of the best bunches and continues with their drying in wooden boxes for 120 days. Pressed and then fermented for over 1 month, the grapes are transformed into nectar which, aged in Allier barrels, ages for 4 long years.
