All our sales are guaranteed, money back guarantee! The spring of 2016 began full of sunny, encouraging in the Chianti Classico an early bud break, followed by cooler temperatures in May and June. The summer, until the end of August, was generally warm, dry and free from heat peaks: optimum conditions for the proper growth of grapes. The months of the collection were regular, with some rain alternating with long periods of sun and ventilation, which permitted an ideal maturation process for the three varieties present in the Tignanello vineyard. In full harmony with the vintage, Tignanello 2016 looks of a deep ruby red, while at the nose notes of ripe red fruit mingle with hints of fresh blackberry and wild berries. Delicate and perfectly integrated aromas of vanilla, dark chocolate and light spices. The palate is vibrant, with silky and fine tannins. Balanced and intense with a long, complex and persistent finish. Perfect to combine with spaghetti with meat sauce and risotto with truffles and delicate mushrooms, it is ideal for aged cheese and game dishes.
