Info from the house: Country of origin: Castiglione Falletto. Druivensoort: Nebbiolo: 100% Michet. First year of production: 2014 annual production: 2,300 bottles. Size of the vineyard: 4000 mt. Aspect and height: 290 meters, southwest. Soil profile: sandy. Training method and vine density: vertical Guyot, with 4,000 vines per hectare. Average age of producing vineyards: 20 years old. Yield per hectare: 70 quintals. Fermentation and maturation: controlled fermentation and maceration in oak barrel with cap submerged for about 30 days, with air pumps and automatic. Malolactic and at least 24 months ripening in oak barrels of 20 hl. Bottling without filtration. Sensory description: bright ruby red colour, not very colourful.
