Questa selezione rappresenta il primo passo dell'azienda verso una rappresentazione più precisa del territorio, infatti qui la selezione di fa più sentire e tutto viene svolto con maggiore attenzione. La maturazione viene eseguita per almeno 26 mesi in legno, prima barrique e dopo botte grande mentre l'affinamento svolge 8 mesi in bottiglia.
