All our sales are guaranteed, money back guarantee! Questo Barolo “Mosconi” nasce dall’utilizzo in purezza di un grande vitigno a bacca rossa piemontese, il Nebbiolo. Le viti di questa varietà crescono in parcelle di proprietà di Conterno Fantino comprese all’interno del comune di Monforte d’Alba, in un terroir composto prevalentemente da limo, a cui si aggiunge una percentuale simile di sabbia e argilla, esposto verso sud. Le uve, coltivate in regime biologico e raccolte a metà Ottobre, una volta giunte nei locali adibiti alla vinificazione, fermentano e macerano a contatto con le bucce in vinificatori d’acciaio orizzontali per 8-15 giorni, per poi maturare in barrique di rovere francese per 24 mesi. Dopo l’imbottigliamento il vino va incontro a un ulteriore periodo di affinamento di 12 mesi, direttamente in vetro.
