To celebrate Swatch’s 35th anniversary, Ugo Nespolo designed the new SWATCH UGO Artist Special. This is the third watch created by Nespolo for Swatch, following the two Gent Collage models—Doré (GR116) and Silver Patch (GN132)—from 1993.
Ugo Nespolo is an Italian painter and sculptor; irony and transgression are inherent in his art and characterize his body of work. This is evident in the colorful, eye-catching numbers that adorn the entire watch. The number 35 adorns the dial. The case, hands, pin buckle, and plastic strap loop contrast with a dark blue background. This Pop Art watch is limited to 3,535 numbered pieces worldwide.
