G. prodotto con l'appassimento delle uve per 4 mesi. VITIGNO Corvina Veronese 65%, Rondinella 25%, Corvinone 10%. ZONA DI PRODUZIONE Vigneti di San Pietro in Cariano e Pedemonte di Valpolicella di quota superiore ai 160 metri. Suolo molto vario, prevalentemente calcareo e ricco di scheletro. Resa 3300 Kg/ha. TITOLO ALCOLOMETRICO 15% VOL. \t NOTE ORGANOLETTICHE Presenta un intenso color rosso rubino e, all’olfatto, note di frutta dolce, ribes, mirtillo e ciliegia ed il caratteristico sentore di vaniglia proveniente dal legno di rovere. Al palato si manifesta imponente: alle sfumature calde e morbide si affiancano una buona acidità ed una massa tannica di squisita fattura che regala soddisfazione ed equilibrio.
