All our sales are guaranteed, money back guarantee! Il Barbera d'Asti "Tasmorcan" di Elio Perrone è un vino ideato per raccontare le note fruttate ed esuberanti del vitigno di partenza, il Barbera. Eleganza, stile e misura sono aggettivi che ben si prestano nel descrivere quest’etichetta dove profumi e gusti si muovono con la leggerezza della semplicità. Una bottiglia che non vuole legarsi ai luoghi comuni, neanche a quelli estetici, e che viene dunque presentata con una bottiglia dalla silhouette molto particolare. Formaggi e salumi, assieme a paste ripiene della tradizione piemontese e ai secondi di carne rossa e bianca sono gli abbinamenti che testimoniano la grande versatilità di questa Barbera. Il “Tasmorcan” nasce da quei vigneti situati nei pressi di Isola d’Asti, più precisamente nella frazione di Mongovone. Dopo la pigiatura degli acini il mosto fermenta in vasche d’acciaio a una temperatura controllata. Il successivo affinamento prende due strade: il 70% della massa matura in botti di rovere da 25 ettolitri, mentre il rimanente 30% affina in barrique di rovere francese, per un totale di 4 mesi. All’inizio della primavera successiva alla vendemmia il team della cantina Elio Perrone procede con l’imbottigliamento.
