2026 Dunk Contest Used Net
Basketball Net, Braided nylon, Polyester
Circa 2026
Catalogue Note:
This official NBA game-used net was used at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, CA, during the 2026 NBA Dunk Contest. It featured four rising talents in Carter Bryant, Jaxson Hayes, Keshad Johnson, and Jase Richardson, each making their contest debut. The competition showcased an impressive mix of athleticism and creativity, with Johnson ultimately taking home the title.
The net was also likely used during the Shooting Stars and Three Point Contests. The Kia Shooting Stars competition returned to NBA All-Star Saturday for the first time since 2015, featuring four teams comprised of current NBA players and league legends. Team Knicks, featuring Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Allan Houston, captured the title after defeating Team Cameron in the final round with a score of 47 points. The competition brought together players across generations in a timed shooting challenge.
The 2026 State Farm 3-Point Contest featured an eight-player field of some of the NBA's top shooters, including Devin Booker, Tyrese Maxey, and Damian Lillard. In his return to All-Star Saturday, Lillard defeated Booker in the final round, scoring 29 points to claim his third career 3-Point Contest title. With the victory, Lillard joined Larry Bird and Craig Hodges as the only three-time champions in the event's history.
This net was given to Sotheby’s by the NBA after the 2026 NBA All-Star Game.
