Two landscape paintings depicting Mount Fuji, an active volcano that has been a favorite pilgrimage site for centuries, finely painted in a colorful palette. Regarded as one of Japan's three sacred mountains, Mount Fuji has been the subject of many famous artworks, including those by Hokusai and Hiroshige.
