Crafted in 18K white gold; set with a 2.72-carat round brilliant-cut demantoid garnet; accented by round-cut sapphires, weighing a total of 0.21 carat; further set with round brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing a total of 0.47 carat, most with G-H color and SI clarity (all gemstones are stamped); ring top measures 5/8 inch in diameter; ring size 5-3/4; weight 8.40 g.
