Condition Report: Scattered losses and areas of partial detachment of veneer throughout; large loss to front left door at curvature of panel. Door hinges in need of stabilization. Minor nicks, especially to legs; overall wear indicative of age and significant use. Losses to marble at top with prior infill. Detachment of bronze shoe at front right foot, shoe retained and intact. Piece is structurally stable, however consolidation and stabilization recommended to prevent further losses to marquetry, and hinges at left door.
