Interior revealing six drawers with burl veneer over the ebonized writing surface; all on a base of three long drawers flanked by ebonized columns with gilt accents; all raised on stepped square feet. Mid 19th century. {Approximate dimensions: 53 high x 50 1/4 wide x 25 1/2 inches deep.}. Condition: Overall wear is good considering age. Surface wear and scratches throughout. Small chips and veneer loss. Some white scuffs to the side and ebonized column. Minor cracks to the veneer throughout. Some potential restoration to the finish and some veneer cracks. With key, works on only 2 our of the 4 drawers with key holes.
