DESCRIPTION: (2Pc) Pair of Galimberti Lino Italian neoclassical lacquered wood benches featuring a painted monochromatic scene at the backrest depicting a nude woman with a putto among trees with a body of water in the background. The benches have a open weave design at the lower backrest, scroll handles conjoined to the stretcher by paws, four legs with the front two having a baluster form, crosshatched foliage patterns at the off white cloth cushion lining, and gilt detailings throughout.
Stickered at the underside "Made in Italy Galimberti Lino Aerre Vittoria 70%ACE 30%COT".
