2pc Early American Pattern Glass Commemorative Trays

Early American Pattern Glass trays, executed in clear, colorless pressed glass. The collection comprises three distinct oval platters, likely commemorative or historical in nature. The largest platter features a central relief bust portrait, possibly depicting Christopher Columbus, surrounded by the embossed inscription GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD. This large platter is topped and bottomed by a crossed ribbon and implement motif. One depicts a full-length standing figure, likely a sailor or boy, framed by a decorative border of stylized flowers and shells. The third platter depicts a figure reclining on a bed or cot, also framed by a decorative floral and shell border. The trays feature highly decorative scalloped or undulating edges.
