Miniature pair of charming hand-color enhanced Portraits. One depicts 18th century French Queen Marie-Antoinette after Vigee-Lebrun's Portrait with a Rose and the second Portrait features a noble lady. Both include hand painted details and each was painted by a different artist. The matching framed are gilded and painted light green with a green distressed velour around the oval shape convex glass. Signed in red gouache by two different artists: illegible. On back of wood frame: Made in Italy. Each frame size: 7.25"W x 8"H x 2.5"D. Sight size: 2.5"W x 3"H.
