2pc Royal Bayreuth Bavaria Porcelain Fish Head Creamers

Creamers in two graduated sizes, each modeled in the form of a fish head with an open mouth serving as the pour spout. The figural vessels feature a shaded high-gloss glaze transitioning from dark charcoal grey to pale cream, accented with hand-painted reddish-orange highlights to the interior of the mouth and the lower base edge. The handles are designed as stylized angular loops. The underside of the smaller pitcher features a blue transfer-printed mark consisting of a coat-of-arms crest above the text Royal Bayreuth, PRIV. 1794, and BAVARIA. The larger pitcher bears a similar blue transfer-printed mark.
