3 Pc. Cloisonne and Ormolu Clock Garniture Set, Japy

French gilt bronze and cloisonne clock garniture set in the Chinese taste, including Japy Freres clock flanked by a pair of covered urns. The cloisonne clock case decorated with scenes of birds on flowering branches, having a pagoda style top and gilt bronze fruit finial, gilt bronze columns with foliate finials flanking a gilt dial with black enameled Roman numerals, and a gilt bronze base supported on four toupie feet. Movement with Japy Freres 'Grande Medaille d'Honneur' stamp together with the numbers 6922 and 46. Garniture urns comprised of matching blue cloisonne bodies with bird and flowering branch decoration and dore bronze mounts including fruit finials, scrolling handles and squared bases inset with cloisonne vignettes and resting on bun feet. Clock measures: 14 3/4" H x 8 3/4" W x 5 1/2" D. Urns measure: 9 1/2" H x 5" W x 3 1/2" D. Mid to Late 19th century.

Condition Report: All pieces in overall good condition with light wear. Clock is missing dial cover, retains the pendulum and winding key. Rear glass door has a horizontal hairline to right side. Works appear to be complete, not tested for functionality and need to be cleaned.
