Lot of 2 WALL MOUNTED ART GLASS SCULPTURES and One Statue of Reveur Zen by Silvia Belanger (1951-2013). Three modernist studio art glass sculptures by Listed Canadian glass artist and sculptor Silvia Belanger (1951- 2013) for Cassandre Glass. Sculpture is late work by the artist circa 2010. Handmade cast form glass features one rough side with applied powered glass in yellow, orange and red. The other side is in smooth clear glass. In very good pre-owned condition No chips, flea bits or breaks. Signed on lower edge near label marked “Cassandre Handmade Canada.” Belanger earned a bachelor's degree in sculpture from the University of Quebec in Montreal. She was a teacher at Espace VERRE for seven years. Her works have been exhibited in galleries and are found in many public and private collections, including City of Montreal, Cirque du Soleil, Loto Quebec, National Bank of Canada, and Nelson Mandela Award for Human Rights.
