3 Southern Folk Pottery Face Jugs
Group of three (3) miniature folk art stoneware face jugs, including one (1) unsigned with grey "frog skin" glaze, attributed to Morre County, NC (ex. Griffin collection), one (1) NC jug with faint rutile drips marked and dated "Vale/1994" on the base and one (1) NC jug with dark brown glaze and china teeth marked "Seagrove" on the base. Ranging in size from 4 3/4" H to 5 1/4" H. All 20th century. Provenance: Private Southern Collection.
