An exceptional rarity in Proof condition and virtually never encountered in this format. Though NGC does not provide population data for the issue, it remains the only example in Proof which we are aware of, and is likely also the only example certified to-date, with Maison Palombo similarly suggesting in its previous offering of this lot in 2015 that the coin may even be unique.
