Diademed head deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑXOΥ, Athena seated left, Nike in right hand crowning royal name, resting left arm on grounded shield decorated lion head boss, transverse spear beyond; ΠKA monogram to inner left, M on throne.
