The typical 1928-S can be found in MS64 or MS65 without that designation, while this MS67+ Full Bands example represents one of the absolute finest survivors at NGC and PCGS combined. In fact, this is the sole finest certified at NGC (6/20). The centers on this Superb Gem are completely defined with pinpoint definition on Liberty's winged cap and the bands of the reverse fasces.
