It is also a rare example of her printed large format photography. Fewer than 300 exhibition sized prints such as this are known to exist, and they stand as powerful evidence of her artistry. While it's estimated that Vivian Maier took upwards of 100,000 photos, the vast majority of her work surfaced as negatives, making all vintage prints exceedingly rare, and the 20 large format offerings in this sale remarkable finds. Condition Report: Overall very good condition. Sheet curls upward at the side edges. Some accretions in the margins. Hard creasing in the margins as well, not extending in the image. Slight crazing.
