4 Chinese Blue and White Tea Caddies, 18/19th Century

A group of four Chinese blue and white porcelain tea caddies dating from the 18th or 19th century. The first caddy is hexagonal with lotus tracery and stylized bands throughout. The bottom has writing. The second caddy is square with a celadon ground and carved decoration of bats and lucky coins. The third and fourth caddies are a pair, both square, with lotus tracery throughout.

Dimensions are: the first and largest caddy measures 5 inches tall X 4 1/4 inches wide, 12.7 cm X 10.8 cm. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The hexagonal caddy has a crack to the top, a hairline to one side, and possible repairs to the rim. The celadon caddy has a star crack to one side and a crack to another side. One of the pair of caddies has a chip and a crack to one side, and the other has cracks on two sides, a hairline to another side, and chipping to the rim. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
