4 Chinese Porcelain Scholars Items, 19th Century

A group of 4 Chinese porcelain scholars items dating from the 19th Century. Includes a small ink box with a 6-character mark on the bottom; a famille rose ink box; a water coupe and a brush stand.

Dimensions: famille rose box- 2 3/8 inches tall X 3 3/8 inches diameter; 6 cm tall X 8.6 cm diameter. Water coupe- 1 5/8 inches tall X 2 3/8 inches diameter; 4.1 cm tall X 6 cm diameter. Brush holder- 2 1/2 inches wide X 1 5/8 inches tall X 1 7/8 inches deep; 6.4 cm wide X 4.1 cm tall X 4.8 cm deep. Small ink box-1 1/8 inches tall X 2 5/8 inches diameter; 2.9 cm tall X 6.6 cm diameter. All measurements are approximate.

Condition: The water coupe has chips on the bottom, glaze wear, and pitting. The blue and white seal box has minor pitting; chips around the rim; and red ink residue inside. The famille rose seal box has age wear, pitting, and chips to the inside. The brush stand has age and use wear with 2 corner chips.
