4 Antique Chinese Japanese Teapots Tetsubin: a 19 C Chinese Yixing teapot with 2 applied bronze tabs and a wire overhead handle with a single hole to base of spout, a porcelain small teapot in underglaze blue and overglaze iron red "coral" glaze with an inscription in underglaze blue inside the cover, an 8 sided melon shaped bronze or brass teapot with overhead swing handle and flowers in low relief, and a Japanese tetsubin in cast iron in a grain or basket weave pattern with a cast inscription to side of spout, the cast iron cover with a Lion Seal finial and a wrought iron handle. Age related wear to each, the Chinese Yixing teapot with small chips to the deep inside edge of cover, small chip to tip of spout, the "coral" teapot with a tiny glaze flake to spout, the brass or bronze melon teapot with a few small dents near base, the tetsubin in good condition. Length of Chinese Yixing teapot from side to spout 5 1/8 inches (13 cm.). Length of "coral" teapot from handle to spout 5 inches (12.7 cm.). Length of the melon teapot from side to spout 7 inches (17.8 cm.). Length of tetsubin from side to spout 7 1/4 inches (18.4 cm.).
