All unframed, loose, including: "Church in Ashburton, Devon" & "House 'Headboro' in Ashburton, Devon, Ancient Seat of the Warren Family", with notation from JC Warren, indicating he visited this in 1897, and it looks exactly the same. Sheet size 10" x 13 1/2"; PLUS Pencil Drawing of boy fishing at a mountain pond, 8 3/4" x 7 3/4", toned; PLUS "Boulder near Hammond Pond", 7" x 10". Good condition.
