U.S. Harper's Hall - Ferry Breechloading Percussion Rifle. Unserialized, .54 caliber, 32 1/2-inch barrel fixed rear sight. Blued finish. Breechblock marked: H. HALL / FERRY / US / 103. Breechblock release lever to base of stock. Smooth hardwood straight stock with sling swivels and three barrel bands. Metal buttplate. Condition: Good. Finish primarily a soft grey patina with scattered signs of age, handling wear and patches of pitting. Dings and bruises present to wood, noticeable crack to forearm at first barrel band.
