- uneven color variations and faded colors; significant low pile wear, with much of surface at level of knot collars; exposed foundation and threadbare areas throughout; loss, snags, and broken yarn to selvedges; creasing due to storage; distortion with variations in width and depth; soiling and loose surface debris; rug appears to have been trimmed from all sides, with interruptions in border designs, re-bound selvedges, and short cut fringes.
