4pc Paragon Bone China Teacups and Saucers, Butterfly Handle

Pair of Paragon fine bone china teacups and saucers featuring a lobed, scalloped rim and pedestal foot. Each cup is designed with a three-dimensional butterfly handle hand-painted in shades of green, orange, and blue with black detailing. The set is finished in a pale peach glaze on the exterior of the cups and tops of the saucers, with a contrasting seafoam green glaze on the cup interiors and saucer wells. The underside of each piece bears a printed black backstamp featuring two royal coats of arms below the word PARAGON, with text reading BY APPOINTMENT H.M. THE QUEEN & H.M. QUEEN MARY. FINE BONE CHINA ENGLAND REGD. The saucers also feature a hand-painted orange pattern number 8686/5.
