Description: Different sizes, on vellum, in Latin and Dutch, with pendant seals (some mss annot. on verso, some seals missing or in fragment). - 1. John, Lord of Rotselaer, Vorselaar and Réthy, concedes to Henri Magnus (de Groote), counsellor to the Dukes of Burgundy, and his wife Margareta van Osy, a parcel of land located in "tHetegat" (= Etengat), in the vicinity of the Collegiate Church of St Gudula. 29 Nov. 1445. 1 f.-- 2-3. Two deeds relating to the division of family property between Lijsbeth and Yda van der Meeren, daughters of Godevaert van der Meeren (Lord of Zaventhem?). 28 Feb. 1454. 2 ff.-- 4. One deed relating to a property located in the Stoute Kraanstraat, a side street of the Kolenmarkt. 15 Jan. 1456 (= 1457 n.s.). 1 f.-- 5.
