50s Japanese Hand-Loomed Obi Chrysanthemum (Fuj)
Item: Up for sale from a recent estate in Honolulu Hawaii, this 1950s Japanese hand-loomed Obi with silver and yellow gold wrapped threat and a chrysanthemum floral both sided motif. An Asian Arts appraiser inspected the piece and gave me the information. he pointed out that there is probably easily $2,000 worth of gold that was used to make this piece.
