The case is tight and the case back secures with a nice "snap". Case back exhibits some shallow dimples most likely caused by the clasp hitting that area. Some surface scratches to the case. Bezel rotates smoothly with nice tension but teeth are soft. Gorgeous original dial with pleasing overall aging with scratch from approximately "3" to "4" o'clock. Slight chipping of lacquer on some spots along of the dial edge. Incorrect crystal. The watch sets, runs and the chronograph function operates. The service history of the watch is unknown and a service is recommended. Heritage Auctions strongly encourages in-person inspection of items by the bidder.
