Condition Report: Glue-lined canvas; minor surface dirt and craquelure, most notably in black dress around mother's left arm; faint stretcher bar marks; frame wear; under UV light, there appears to be an approximate 1 x 6 inch horizontal tear in left shoulder of child; a few tiny touches of inpaint to mother's neck and chest as well as a few possible dots to child's face; possible inpaint to sky in upper right and in black dress, however, discolored varnish layer makes this difficult to discern.
