7" Antique 19th Cent. Austrian Vienna Viennese Enamel Gilt Ormolu Bronze Clock
A 19th-century Viennese bronze and enamel clock
A timepiece with bronze and enamel mount, decorated with a frontal amorous pastoral garden scene
Fine decorative scenes are also represented on the side faces with Viennese figures and ornamental decorations.
Both sides are further embellished with bronze winged caryatid torso figures.
The clock rests on a rectangular pedestal decorated and supported by winged griffon heads.
The enameled dial is painted with black roman numerals
The miniature clock is further embellished with a "Flying Eagle" finial motif. (Ref. C03)
