Battle Streamers or Campaign streamers are decorations attached to military flags to recognize particular achievements or events of a military unit or service. Attached to the headpiece of the assigned flag, the streamer often is an inscribed ribbon with the name and date denoting participation in a particular battle, military campaign, or theater of war. Each streamer is approximately 4' long with a single grommet at the center of the spine for attachment to the flag. Included in this lot are 7 battle streamers for Revolutionary War engagements. They include: Charleston, Brandywine, Trenton, Quebec, Long Island, Princeton, and Germantown. Some have discoloration, and some of the grommets show age. Very Good - Excellent
