A Large Japanese Patinated and Silvered Bronze Okimono Model of a Cockerel, Hideyoshi Seizo, Meiji Period, late 19th century Marks: Hideyoshi Seizo 24 x 13 x 8-1x2 inches (61.0 x 33.0 x 21.6 cm) Naturalistically cast and highly detailed rooster figure, tail feathers in shakudo technique and body feathers copper and dark brown colored, wattles red and eyes with inlaid glass.
