Condition Report: Large spoon warmer modelled as a grotesque fish with gaping mouth; a strong example of Martin Brothers' whimsical style, featuring finely carved details and exaggerated expression. In overall very good condition, with no chips, cracks, or restoration observed. Glazed signature below mouth and incised mark to underside. Examined under UV light.
