(8) Lineol/Elastolin German Kriegsmarine Sailors
Eight German Kriegsmarine sailors are joined by a mounted cavalry officer and a flag bearer in this mixed Lineol and Elastolin group. The figures show distinct uniform variations, with some in dark navy-blue winter attire and others in bright white summer service dress. The top row includes a mounted army cavalry officer in a standard field-gray uniform riding a white horse, two marching sailors with shouldered rifles, and a standard bearer holding a lithographed tin naval flag. The bottom row consists of a naval officer in a dark double-breasted pea coat with a white cap, two marching sailors in white uniforms with shouldered rifles, and an officer in a white summer dress tunic. The metal flag is removable, and the rider is removable from the horse. Normal light wear from age and handling is present. The standing figures measure approximately 7 cm H from the base to the top of the head, while the horse measures approximately 8 cm L. The horse is in good condition overall.
