"Frasier Crane" penthouse upholstered Deco club chair in the style of Emlie-Jacques Ruhlmann, measuring 33"H x 33"L x 33"D, with olive-green, geometric banded fabric with piping, and round wooden feet, upholstered ottoman, measuring 18"H X 24"L x 22"D, with gray basketweave fabric with leather piping and round wooden feet, brass floor lamp, measuring 50"H x 9"L x 6"W, production-used by Kelsey Grammer on the Emmy Award-winning sitcom Frasier. Accompanied by an original lithograph by Charles Cleeto, with "Kachina 2x200" at the lower left and "D. Hansen – 1978.13" at the lower right of recto mat in graphite, in a faux burl wood frame, measuring 32"H x 26-½", that hung in the foyer of the penthouse.
