This gorgeous showgirl-style costume was worn by Anna Nicole Smith during a Halloween costume party held at the Playboy Mansion in 2004. It consists of a revealing, open-backed leotard ornamented with faux pearls, sequin-covered straps, and heavily decorated with faux diamonds and rhinestone appliques to the bodice. It features a long, trailing faux fur and ostrich feather train and is accompanied by the matching headdress with beading, rhinestones and ostrich feather plumes, and long, pale pink satin gloves with ostrich feather trim.
