The large Art Nouveau photo medallion pendant is made of foam gold / gold double in 14-carat yellow gold plating. The locket has an oval shape and can be opened. The front is decorated with the finest hand engraving and has a flower made of four, round faceted, natural blue sapphires. The inside pages show old photos and the corresponding frames. The medallion is worn on a pea chain with a spring ring clasp in 925 silver, also gilded in 14 carat yellow gold. Very beautiful historical goldsmith's work in worn and well-kept condition.
