(9Pc) Antique Prostitute Set in Box
DESCRIPTION: (9Pc) Antique prostitute set in a green felt box with a hinged lid, and swiveling drawer housing various items and lined with purple velvet. Includes:
(1) Attributed J.D. Chevalier double edged spear point dagger in a leather sheath, featuring a fluted mother of pearl handle. Impressed at the blade "J.D. Chevalier New York". (W: 2" L: 9.75", & Blade L: 5.62"). Some scuffing and scratching and very minor oxidation.
(1) Hopkins and Allen Manufacturing Co, 22 XL No 1 Revolver, featuring mother of pearl grips. Impressed at the topside of the frame "Hopkins & Allen Mfg. Co. Pat. Mar 22. 1871". (H: 3" W: 1"). Some scuffing and scratching and very minor oxidation.
(1) Glass perfume bottle with a metal screw cap, and foot. (H: 3.37" W: 1.87"). Residue at the interior. Minor indentation at the foot. Some scratching.
(1) Pink and purple garter with a floral bow. Pre-owned.
(1) Metal match box with a hinged lid. (H: 2.37" W: 1.37"). Some scratching.
(1) Ribbed glass vial with a Sterling silver screw cap. Cap is impressed "Sterling". (W: .87" L: 3.12"). Patinated and mild deformation at the lid.
(1) Card cheating clip holdout in a hinged leather wrapped box. Box is gilt embossed "E.S.Johnson & Co Makers New York". (H: .5" W: 2.5"). Scuffing to the box. Scratching and scuffing to the card holdout.
(1) Silver plated metal trinket box with inset stones in a floral design atop the lid. (H: .5" W: 1.46" L: 1.5"). Patinated throughout along with some scratching.
(1) Circular silver toned metal trinket box etched atop the lid with floral designs. (H: .62" D: 1.25"). Heavily patinated and some scratching.
