A lovely 9ct gold manual wristwatch dated for 1960 by Rotary.
The watch has a 9ct gold case and case-back and gold plated crown.
The case is stamped for 9ct gold to the bezel and fully hallmarked within the case.
It has a two tone dial with an outer silvered ring and cream centre. It has Arabic numeral hours and a minutes ring round the outer edge of the cream centre. It has two pinter style gold hands and a sweeping seconds hand.
The dial is named ‘Rotary’ and reads ’17 Jewels, Incabloc, Swiss Made’.
The case-back is hallmarked to the inside for 9ct gold, London, 1960 with a makers mark of ‘SD’ and a serial no. of ‘65371’.
The watch has a manual 72 Calibre, 705 Movement with 17 jewels.
The watch comes on a vintage brown leather strap.

The dial has a diameter of 27mm.
The watch measures 32mm across the bezel (34mm including crown).
The watch on strap has a length of 24cm (9 ½ inches).
