Pierced hollow ring with hairwork inset and engraved to resemble snake skin, set with opal, labradorite, moonstone, pink sapphire, pink garnet, and emerald in foiled settings. The bi-colour chased head set with a facetted Ceylon sapphire surrounded by rose-cut diamonds. Two small repairs to the inner band. Inner diameter ca. 5 x 6 cm. Weight 18.6 g.
