A 17TH - 18TH COLONIAL AMERICAN RAM'S HORN POWDER FLASK

A rare late 17th or early 18th century American Colonial powder flask. Made of ramshorn with early colonial hand engraved folk-art design on the front, of a style sometimes attributed to Pennsylvania. The metal spout is missing. Two original iron hand-forged metal suspension loops remain.

H: 6 1/2 in., (16.5 cm.)
Condition: Good with a part of the spout missing.
