A 1970s 18ct gold sapphire and ruby snake ring. Designed as two intertwined, textured snakes, each with oval-shape sapphire crest and circular-shape ruby eyes. Maker's mark for Alabaster & Wilson. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1979. Ring size Q1/2. Weight 19.7gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
Band shows evidence of previous repair.
Some gems possible replacements.
Stones in good to fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges. One sapphire with two small chips to the girdle

Stamped 750 and numbered '11642' to inside of band.
