1. A 19th century English school watercolor with gouache on paper, very faint unidentified graphite initials lower right, titled 'Figures by the Seashore' verso by a clipped card that suggests a date of 1860 and attribution to Henry John Kinnard, British (1861-1929), making the attribution and or date irreconcilable given Kinnard's birth date. Good condition noting faint mat burn and a taped repair with corresponding in-painting through the sky area. Sheet measures 7.5 x 10.75, frame is 12.5 x 15 inches.

2. A 20th century Japanese woodblock print after Eiichi Kotozuka (1906-1979). Apparently the condition is good noting some toning, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. This work has not been examined outside the frame. Image measures 15.5 x 10, frame is 20.5 x 15 inches.

3. A Maurice (Valadon) Utrillo (1883-1955) color lithograph titled 'Paris (les Gobelins).
